ASB Banquet
Posted April 12, 2015
The ASB Banquet was held off campus this year at Tamambo Karen Blixen Coffee Garden. Ambient lights, live music, and formal attire set the evening's theme, "Empire". Hair was done, ties straightened, and everyone was doing their best to impress. Students took to the stage to entertain their peers as they performed musical numbers to the support from a welcoming crowd. Everyone seemed to enjoy the well prepared food and atmosphere. A special thanks goes out to the members of ASB for all of their hard work in planning this beautiful event.

Rosslyn Academy Music Festival
Posted March 3, 2015
Maxwell Adventist Academy Chorale and Wind Ensemble, under the baton of Evelyn Salibio, garnered the highest award available, Superior Rating, during the Music Festival at Rosslyn Academy. The all day event allowed students and faculty from around the greater Nairobi area to participate in friendly competition while developing a presence in the local community. A heartfelt congratulations goes out to our outstanding students and their conductor who have been dutifully training to showcase the talents God has given them.
Conquering Mt. Kenya
Posted February 24, 2015
After several prep hikes, around 25 students and faculty set out on a four day journey to climb Mt. Kenya. Hours of climbing, bodies sore, and spirits almost deflated, the group reached the peak of Point Lenana just after sunrise on Monday morning. The skies were clear and Mt. Kilimanjaro was hovering on the horizon.

A Christmas Feast
Posted December 14, 2015
As a Christmas surprise, the students and faculty invited children from the local orphanages to visit our campus. The children were treated to a Christmas musical production by the MAA Elementary School followed by a special meal in our cafeteria where they were served by the MAA students. Even our principal, Mr. Marc Nelson, got involved in rolling out the hundreds of chapatis. The students then led out the children in activities spread over the campus where they were able to play games and make crafts. Smiles and laughter were shared by all as we opened our hearts and our campus home.
